A custom itinerary goes beyond suggesting which attractions to visit. We take the time to understand your priorities, then work out how to fit the activities together so your days make sense.
We can build in hiking or sightseeing, time for restaurants and scenic stops, and options for different weather or energy levels. We also consider reservations and transportation, including Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
Especially useful if you have limited time, different interests in your group or would rather have someone else put the whole trip together.

How do I book my custom Banff itinerary?
Email [email protected] with your travel dates and what you have in mind. We’ll discuss your needs and send you a quote.
How much does a custom itinerary cost?
Up to 4 days: $750 USD; 5–6 days: $1,000 USD; 7–9 days: $1,250 USD; 10+ days: starting at $1,750 USD. Pricing also depends on complexity, and we’ll provide a quote before starting.
How long does it take to receive my itinerary?
Typically about 10–14 days from the initial consultation to the completed itinerary. If you need it sooner, let us know and we’ll see what is possible.
Do you book accommodations and activities for me?
No. We provide recommendations, useful links and booking information, but you make the actual reservations, so you remain in control of your budget and choices.
What is included in my custom itinerary?
A preliminary consultation by email, a detailed mobile-friendly day-by-day itinerary, accommodation, activity, tour and dining recommendations, and transportation guidance and useful links.
Can you accommodate accessibility needs or special requests?
Yes. Tell us about mobility considerations, dietary preferences, family ages, activity levels or other priorities so we can tailor the itinerary accordingly.
Is this suitable for first-time visitors?
Absolutely. It is especially useful if you are unfamiliar with the area or would rather not assemble the full itinerary yourself.
Which areas can you cover?
We specialize in Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Canmore, Kananaskis, Yoho, Kootenay, the Icefields Parkway and Jasper. We can discuss other areas, although our hands-on experience may be more limited there.
What is not included?
We do not book flights, accommodation, tours or other activities, and we do not arrange travel insurance. We provide planning recommendations and booking information.
What if my plans change after delivery?
Small adjustments can usually be made within reason to accommodate new plans or preferences. Contact us to discuss what has changed.
How do payments work?
We require a 50% deposit to begin itinerary creation. The balance is payable before we deliver your final itinerary.
